Held within a serene indoor pool house sanctuary, Floating in Frequency invites guests to drift weightlessly in warm water while therapeutic sound vibrations ripple through body and mind. The journey begins with a guided meditation and breathwork session led by Cloudi, supporting nervous system regulation and inner alignment through visualisation and embodied presence. From there, Sam will guide us through a deeply restorative floating sound bath channelling angelic reiki and being intuitively guided using harmonious crystal bowls, chimes and gong - carrying participants through a water-themed journey for healing, release, and reconnection.
