Held within a serene indoor pool house sanctuary, Floating in Frequency invites guests to drift weightlessly in warm water while therapeutic sound vibrations ripple through body and mind. The journey begins with a guided meditation and breathwork session led by Cloudi, supporting nervous system regulation and inner alignment through visualisation and embodied presence.
