Join Sophie for a gentle, soul-nourishing yoga practice outside by the Beaulieu River.
Step into the Solace Sauna to steam your pores, loosen tight muscles, and exfoliate your skin on the protected wildlife lands of Beaulieu.
We’ll gather afterwards for a homemade seasonal meal by Bellord & Brown, shared in community by the fire, just as it should be.
