we are at it again after last summer's wonderfully successful day of art and movement with a whole variety of yogis and artists hosting classes from:

group painting, lino print making,
to
vinyasa, yin, salsa, belly dancing, pilates
and
drop in reiki, massage, sound healing
with

the tinkers granddaughter and beaky blinders provided delicious handmade food and drink
​
​
sound + supper
drift into the ultimate relaxation at our floating sound bath hosted by @alchemyinthenewforest and @thetinkersgranddaughter
​
you'll be greeted by soothing sounds and scents in dappled candlelight, before being shown onto your floating bed, when your unique restorative journey will begin, guided meditations and soothing healing sounds

followed by a lovingly handcrafted, nourishing meal prepared by bobs,

twilight retreat
we connected to nature through an evening of yoga and meditation inspired by the aquarius full moon at the most wonderful location on the beaulieu river
​
watched the moon rise, enjoyed delicious food and felt the warmth of an earthy, ceremonial fire, all whilst learning ways in which we can channel lunar energy
​
set on private grounds surrounded by fields, completely free from distraction, this beautiful location was so peaceful and serene
