A sacred journey through sound, healing waters, elemental nourishment, and community.

Held within a serene indoor pool house sanctuary, Floating in Frequency invites guests to drift weightlessly in warm water while therapeutic sound vibrations ripple through body and mind.

The journey begins with a guided meditation and breathwork session led by Cloudi, supporting nervous system regulation and inner alignment through visualisation and embodied presence.

From there, Sam will guide us through a deeply restorative floating sound bath channelling angelic reiki and being intuitively guided using harmonious crystal bowls, chimes and gong - carrying participants through a water-themed journey for healing, release and connection.

We’ll then gather for a nourishing, seasonal meal, and if the sun is shining, eat outside on the banks of the protected Beaulieu River - the largest privately owned stretch of riverbank, surrounded by ancient trees and protected wildlife.

We’ll close the evening with homemade chai and a bowl of fresh berries - a soft, grounding end to the experience.
