n intimate overnight retreat held beside forest and river, designed to restore the nervous system and reconnect you to the elements, your body, and community.

Across two days and one night, you’ll be guided through yoga, floating sound baths, fireside cacao, and one-to-one holistic treatments, while also being given generous space for rest, creativity, and unstructured time in nature.

This retreat is intentionally small, limited to 12 guests, allowing for a deeply personal and held experience. Accommodation is in luxury bell tents, shared with care and simplicity, sleeping beneath the stars and waking with the forest.
